Job description

Looking for a role where you can help people every day and build strong customer service skills? We're hiring a Call Center Representative to support credit union members across the country. In this role, you'll be the friendly voice members rely on-providing answers, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Answer incoming calls and assist members with questions and concerns

  • Use internal systems to verify information and access account details

  • Respond to chats, emails, and messages in a timely, professional way

  • Help explain account features, transactions, and card-related questions

  • Make outbound calls and follow up to ensure issues are resolved

  • Document interactions clearly and route requests to the appropriate teams

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or currently working toward one

  • Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus

  • Strong communication skills and a positive, helpful attitude

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
