You'll make sure that all aspects of the message are collected thoroughly and accurately so that our customers can have the confidence that their issue will be relayed to our client.We have supportive and compassionate teams that are collaborative and dedicated in a fast-paced environment. We focus on teamwork and exceeding our client's expectations. We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills and computer literacy for Onsite, Overnight - 8-hour shifts. No experience needed!
