Description: Technical Support Representative

Position Summary: Support Technicians provide technical support at the first stage level and assists other team members as necessary. 

Duties: Provide call center based technical support to store locations, vendors and staff. Serve as first level support for troubleshooting of issues encountered in store rollouts. Rollouts may include POS/RX hardware and Telephony. Assist with remote equipment troubleshooting and ensure process adherence. Data entry regarding resolution of issues and technicians progress while technicians are completing work within the store. Support Technicians may be assigned multiple projects simultaneous.


Qualifications

Experience: Must possess clear and accurate communication skills both verbally and written. Must have basic computer troubleshooting skills and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook a plus but not a requirement. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Technical installation experience a plus but not a requirement. Working knowledge of computer hardware a plus but not a requirement. Customer Service/Technical Support experience in a Call Center environment is a MUST.
