THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Oversees the Cage Operations team by ensuring efficient staffing, facilitating team member development and training, managing performance, and enforcing policies
- Monitors all operational areas for efficiency and effectiveness
- Escalates significant issues to the Director of Cage Operations, Cage/Credit Manager, Shift Manager, or CFO, including staffing concerns, team member relations challenges, procedural and regulatory violations, and operational or guest relations issues
- Delivers and upholds exceptional customer service by remaining attentive and responsive to guest needs
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Extensive experience in cash handling, auditing, and balancing large-volume cash transactions
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality
- Strong customer service orientation
- Over 2 years of cage cashier or related experience
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
