As the Assistant Shift Cage Manager, you'll be at the heart of the action, ensuring our Casino Cage operations run smoothly and efficiently! Your mission? To protect our company's assets while leading a dynamic team that delivers outstanding guest service with a smile. Get ready to manage operations, inspire your personnel, and create memorable experiences for our guests-all while having a blast in the exciting world of casino gaming!
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Oversees the Cage Operations team by ensuring efficient staffing, facilitating team member development and training, managing performance, and enforcing policies
  • Monitors all operational areas for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Escalates significant issues to the Director of Cage Operations, Cage/Credit Manager, Shift Manager, or CFO, including staffing concerns, team member relations challenges, procedural and regulatory violations, and operational or guest relations issues
  • Delivers and upholds exceptional customer service by remaining attentive and responsive to guest needs

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Extensive experience in cash handling, auditing, and balancing large-volume cash transactions
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Over 2 years of cage cashier or related experience
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
