Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
  • Oversees daily venue operations and assigned service areas.
  • Coordinates staffing and team deployment based on business needs.
  • Reviews event details, operating plans, and service requirements.
  • Monitors setup, service execution, breakdown, and operational readiness.
  • Ensures team members follow Levy service, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Communicates operational priorities to supervisors and hourly team members.
  • Monitors inventory, equipment, supplies, and product availability.
  • Resolves operational issues and escalates significant concerns to senior leadership.
  • Partners with culinary and support departments to maintain efficient service.
  • Completes required operational reports, inspections, and documentation.
  • Supports hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and development of team members.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, service execution, and cost control.

Job Requirements
  • Previous experience in operations, hospitality, food service, or venue management.
  • Experience supervising or managing team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of scheduling, labor management, inventory, and operational procedures.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and event-based schedules as required.
  • Ability to comply with applicable food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
