JOB SUMMARY

Supervise slot floor operations for the casino maintaining compliance of applicable regulations, policies and procedures. Ensuring all guests have a pleasurable experience while interacting with guests and upselling casino promotions.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform as a working supervisor by spending a percentage of time, as communicated by the Slot Manager, on the floor in a frontline or support capacity.
  • Assisting the Slot Manager in guiding, coaching, scheduling, training and developing the technical and personal skills of Slot personnel.
  • Assisting in working toward goals of the business and department through monitoring and directing of staff, inventory, and departmental functions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of two-three years slot operations experience required and/or a minimum of 5 years of other casino operations supervision can be considered with internal slot operations training.
  • Demonstrated experience providing training, technical direction and guidance.
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of slot operations, slot repair and supporting systems.
