Job description

The Casino Operations Supervisor will oversee all Slot and Players Club activities, monitor and ensure the completion of all duties and responsibilities required of the Slot department and Table Games team members.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and train Team Members in Table Games, Slots, and Bingo departments.
  • Create effective schedules that provide appropriate coverage for the departments.
  • Resolve any Team Members' conflicts that may arise.
  • Support all Marketing programs and promote them in a positive manner.
  • Responsible for Team Members' disciplinary actions and performance evaluations, keeping the Management fully informed of all activities involving Team Members.

Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma and/or GED required.
  • Two or more years of Slot supervisory experience is required.

Additional Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must have previous experience in handling cash.
  • Basic knowledge of Casino Market Place is a plus.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries and/or complaints from guests.
  • Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
  • Must be flexible and able to work all shifts and weekends.

Required Work Cards:
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Registration Card
