CAD / Moves, Adds & Changes (MAC) Coordinator

Job Overview

The CAD / MAC Coordinator supports workplace planning, employee experience, and Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) operations. This role combines technical CAD/CAFM expertise with hands-on coordination to ensure efficient space planning, accurate data management, and seamless workplace transitions.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Experience & Workplace Support

● Develop and maintain floor plans using CAD and PDF formats

● Manage and respond to employee requests via HelpDesk ticketing systems, email, and Slack

● Update distribution lists and other employee-facing platforms

● Support employee move requests and workplace changes

● Identify and implement improvements to workflows and processes

MAC (Moves, Adds & Changes) Support

● Assist the MAC team with projects, pilots, and workplace initiatives

● Support specialist with moves

● Provide support for large-scale MAC (MAC-LG) projects

● Coordinate one-off and ad hoc moves as needed

● Serve as a floater to support teams on an as-needed basis

● Manage inventory and coordinate workplace-related orders

● Gather and analyze data to inform workplace experience decisions and service delivery

Design & Planning

● Conduct field measurements, furniture inventories, and basic code analysis

● Develop test fits layouts based on client needs

● Create working drawings, renderings, and specifications.

● Ensure accuracy of project drawings and furniture specifications

Collaboration & Project Support

● Partner with internal teams and vendors (e.g., AV, security, engineering)

● Collaborate effectively with peers, contractors, and external partners

● Participate in client meetings and planning sessions as needed

● Provide feedback to leadership to improve relocation strategies and services

Qualifications

● Experience with CAD and CAFM systems
