2026 Season

Summary of Position:

Assist the Cafe Manager in training and supporting all Café staff to be proficient in preparing and serving food and/or beverages in a timely, friendly and efficient manner in the Company’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.

Responsibilities:

● Provide technical training and support to less experienced Cafe staff and model

professionalism with guests and other employees at all times

● Ensure accuracy of all guest orders by maintaining expert knowledge of Point-of-Sale (POS) system(s)

● Possess thorough and accurate knowledge of menu items and specials

● Proficient and honest in cash handling and credit card transactions; Assist Café Manager with timely and accurate sales and tips reports and cash/credit card receipts

● Assist Café Manager with coaching and developing of Cafe staff and maintain thorough knowledge of Company’s Cafe operating policies and procedures

● Maintain confidentiality at all times regarding other Café staff

● Ensure alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages are served in accordance with Federal, State, Local regulations and Company procedures

● Understand Company ISO (Environmental amp; Quality) management systems, Health and Safety standards, policies, goals and initiatives and meet the specific responsibilities within these areas

● Model teamwork and help Cafe Management meet business objectives

● Other duties per Duties Checklist and as requested

Position Requirements:

● Possess ServSafe Certification in accordance with Company policy

● Excellent customer service and people skills

● Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts

● Excellent communication skills and be a team player capable of encouraging others in a positive manner

● Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and handle tasks involving bending, twisting and squatting

● Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other people

Education and Experience:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience: Minimum (1) year in a restaurant establishment

Resort/National Park Concession preferred
