Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Cafe Associate to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will be reliable, able to take direction well, and possess strong problem-solving skills. As a Cafe Associate, you will play a key role in delivering excellent food service and creating a welcoming environment for our customers.
Responsibilities
  • Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Assist with food prep and maintain cleanliness of the cafe area.
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
  • Follow directions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members.
  • Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks as a skilled barista.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience as a Cafe Associate or in a similar food service role.
  • Proficient in food preparation and food service.
  • Cash handling experience with accuracy and integrity.
