Our Café Associates infuse every cup of coffee with a touch of joy and every customer interaction with a dash of magic.

If you enjoy providing excellent customer service while fostering a great customer experience, we’re inviting you to join our Ninety-Two Bakery & Café team.

WHAT ARE YOUR CORE FUNCTIONS?

Yours is the first face our customers see when they walk in! You’ll prepare and serve coffee, teas and specialty beverages ensuring an excellent, quality and consistent product is served. You’ll engage with and understand our customers, bringing a warm demeanor to each interaction. You will know Ninety-Two’s menu like the back of your hand — always ready to make a suggestion to surprise and delight our customers! You humbly handle customer feedback in a polite, empathetic and efficient manner. You will maintain a well-organized, clean and sanitized environment where efficiency and accuracy are crucial in fulfilling orders. You will meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation.

WHAT’S THE AVERAGE WEEK LIKE?

We’re glad you asked. This position is part-time, where you will average 15-20 hours per week. You’ll work a mix of weekdays and weekends. We have a few different shift times available: opening shift (6am-1pm) and closing shift (1pm-6pm) and mid-shift (weekdays 8am-3pm and weekends 7am-3pm.)
