As a nationwide leader in ATM management and financial transaction processing, we help businesses and financial institutions keep cash flowing efficiently across the country. Behind every successful ATM network is a team of professionals who ensure machines stay funded, customers stay satisfied, and operations run smoothly.

We're looking for a detail-oriented, analytical professional who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and making a direct impact on business operations.

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay
  • Profit Sharing Bonus Program
  • Paid training and professional development
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • Company-paid Life Insurance
  • Company-paid Short-Term Disability (STD)
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • Advancement opportunities
  • Stable, growing organization

About the Role

As a Cash Management Specialist, you'll play a critical role in managing ATM cash levels across Cash Depot's Outsource portfolio. You'll analyze trends, forecast cash needs, coordinate with banking and armored courier partners, and help ensure ATMs remain properly funded while minimizing excess cash inventory.

This position combines analytics, problem-solving, operational coordination, and relationship management in a fast-paced environment where your decisions have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and company profitability.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze ATM cash activity and forecast funding needs.
  • Monitor cash levels and proactively prevent cash outages.
  • Order cash based on historical trends and transaction activity.
  • Coordinate regular and emergency cash replenishments.
  • Work closely with banks, armored carriers, dispatch teams, and internal departments to resolve issues.
  • Support ATM installations and cash loading schedules.
  • Maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • 2+ years of accounting, finance, banking, operations, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work with a sense of urgency.
  • Self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Why Cash Depot?

This is more than a data-entry or accounting role. It's an opportunity to become a key contributor to a nationwide cash management operation, gain exposure to banking and financial operations, and build a long-term career with a company that values teamwork, innovation, and professional growth.

Join Cash Depot and help keep cash moving across America.
