Job description

This role is key to the success of team projects and events throughout the year. Being teachable, perceptive, and proficient at learning is required to effectively manage the competing demands and priorities associated with this position. The intern is also involved with inventory management and re-order points.

This full-time internship position typically works (Monday - Friday between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm). This position is a hybrid position.

By applying for this position, you are indicating that you are currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, are willing to physically reside and perform the work in Utah and are willing to come into the BYU-Pathway Worldwide headquarters in Salt Lake City 1-3 days per week.

Education: 

Currently enrolled in school and for one year after graduation.

Follow up with ongoing projects

Schedule meetings with Communications team members and clients to discuss projects and processes

Present proposals, create tasks, determine deadlines, and assign projects

Inventory management and organization

Provide administrative and clerical assistance

Assist with event coordination and execution including booking travel, shipping materials and equipment, recruiting and training volunteers, creating volunteer packets, and working with event partners and vendors

Work directly with the Project Management Manager and others as needed
