Responsibilities
  • Graduate from our Agent Launch

Our comprehensive 90-day launch program (boot camp) equips you with the skills needed to thrive as a Realtor in today's market The average new agent closes (or has pending) 3 transactions during this time, seasoned agents up to 9.
  • Work with buyers to find the perfect home, write the offer, and get it accepted!

Who doesn't love to look at houses all day? Be a student of the game while you master our proven buyer's presentation & offer system.
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria

We have a great training plan that involves excellent communication & when the agent gets their buyer's offer accepted, we all win!
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients

There's no substitute for hands-on training to learn the ins and outs of Real Estate!
  • Lead generates makes a minimum of 10 hours a week, make appointments & convert

This is ONLY the team for you if you plan to show up and work hard. We will give you all the scripts and training so you know exactly what to say, have enough people to say it to, and know what to do!
  • Conduct eight open houses monthly

Host 8 open houses monthly, taking a weekend off each month for work/life balance. We have great training around this.
  • Participate in team activities per team standards

We have a great work ethic on our team and we all show up 5 days a week for our 8:30 morning power-up, script practice, follow-up, and daily training. All of our agents are full-time. We do client events, daily lead generation, and follow-up. You get to do all this with us!
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 Coaching, Training , and Partner Call

We view this role as a career, not a hobby. We'll help you establish a weekly calendar so you're clear on what's expected for you to succeed as a top real estate agent.
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Our advanced data entry system allows you to efficiently track all your calls and appointments.

  • Willing to commit to the office at least four days a week.

  • Comfortable spending extended periods driving
  • Skilled at analyzing client's needs and matching them with suitable homes
  • Open to learning and coachable
  • Ambitious with a track record of success
  • High school graduate
  • Team player with at least one year of real estate sales experience (must be licensed)
  • Organized with strong time management skills
  • Willingness to learn and implement scripts and dialogues
