Job description

Description:

Full-Time

Exempt

Shape the future of how businesses use technology.

Entech is a rapidly growing Managed IT Services provider helping SMB and mid-market organizations thrive in complex, compliance-driven industries. As a Business Technology Advisor, you’ll be the trusted voice guiding executive decision-makers through the right technology strategies to protect, optimize, and grow their business.

This is not transactional sales — it’s consultative, relationship-driven, and impact-oriented. You’ll work directly with CFOs, CTOs, and business owners to uncover challenges, translate business needs into clear technology solutions, and drive measurable results.

What You’ll Do

  • Own new-logo MRR and revenue generation within your assigned territory.
  • Execute the full-cycle sales process — from prospecting through closing.
  • Engage with executive-level buyers in healthcare, financial, and professional services industries.
  • Conduct consultative discovery to understand business needs and align them with Entech’s Managed IT, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Compliance solutions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and technology demonstrations that clearly communicate business value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, and Service Delivery teams to develop tailored proposals and IT roadmaps.
  • Maintain a disciplined and transparent sales process through HubSpot and ConnectWise.
  • Attend local networking events and represent Entech in the community as a technology thought leader.

What Success Looks Like

  • You consistently exceed revenue and pipeline goals through strategic territory planning and proactive outreach.
  • You’ve established credibility within your verticals and can confidently lead executive-level conversations.
  • You’re known internally as a trusted advisor and externally as a consultative partner who delivers real outcomes.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or B2B technology.
  • Proven success in prospecting, consultative selling, and closing mid-market deals.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills — able to engage both technical and financial stakeholders.
  • A data-driven approach to territory management and pipeline development.
  • Technical aptitude to quickly understand Managed IT, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Why Entech

  • High-Impact Sales Environment: Work directly with executive leadership — no corporate layers.
  • Career Growth: Clear path to Senior Advisor and strategic account roles as Entech doubles revenue in three years.
  • Modern Sales Stack: HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and more.
  • Culture of Speed and Accountability: We move fast, celebrate execution, and reward results.
  • Competitive Package: Base salary + uncapped commission + full benefits + ongoing training and development.

Benefits:
Free Employee Medical Insurance
Additional Employer Paid Medical Options
Fully Vested 401(k) Match
Flexible Time Off (an unlimited amount of paid time off days)
Free $10,000 Life Insurance Policy
Six Paid Holidays – PLUS Black Friday!
Flexible Schedule Options
Fun Employee Events – Yearly Culture Building Events

Options available for dental, vision, accident, hospital, short term disability, long term disability, Identity theft protection and additional life insurance.

Entech is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Entech participates in E-verify for all employees.

This position requires the passing of a level 2 background check as well as a pre-employment drug screening. A valid driver’s license is required for this position.
