Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a Business Solutions Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and orchestrate multi year, cross functional enterprise identity transformation program
* Translate security and identity strategy into executable plans with clear milestones and outcomes
* Align IAM initiatives with cloud, digital, and security transformation programs
* Lead coordination across business, HR, Enterprise architecture, Security, Ops, Product and Procurement
* Work with stakeholders to understand and intake IAM engagement requests and requirements and work with Product Owners to translate request into service delivery and features for the roadmap
* Drive consensus on priorities, sequencing, and dependencies
* Facilitate decision making forums, steerco, working groups, architecture boards
* Resolve cross team blockers and escalate risks appropriately
* Plan and manage multi wave rollouts across the IAM landscape
* Manage integrated timelines, resources, and interdependencies
* Help establish program governance structures, RACI, decision rights, transformation office
* Track and mitigate delivery, operational, and adoption risks
* Maintain audit readiness for identity related controls
* Drive enterprise adoption through coordinated change management
* Communicate progress, risks, and value to stakeholders and leadership in business terms
* Define and track program KPIs
* Produce executive dashboards and status reporting
REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
