Your role
As a Market Segment Manager, your mission is to drive growth in the air separation market by building strong customer relationships, leading strategic account initiatives, and expanding aftermarket business across North America You will report to the Aftermarket Sales Manager.
You will
  • Build and grow key customer relationships, acting as the primary liaison between product companies, internal teams, and end users
  • Develop and execute segment strategies and account plans to increase share of wallet, contract penetration, and overall market growth
  • Lead negotiations and implementation of frame agreements and customer contracts while ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders
  • Conduct regular site and customer visits to promote aftermarket solutions, resolve issues, and identify new business opportunities
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Service teams to deliver solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
To succeed, you will need

You have 3-8 years of experience working in sales, field service, business development, or account management within rotating equipment or a related industry.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and influence customers and internal stakeholders at all levels (non-negotiable)
  • Proven customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills and ability to operate independently (non-negotiable)
  • Experience developing account strategies, negotiating agreements, or managing key accounts (preferred)
  • Familiarity with SAP/CRM systems and understanding of the air separation or industrial gas market (preferred)
