Job description

About the Job

HIPER Global US is looking for an ambitious, customer-focused Program Manager to take ownership of key customer programs and build a career in program management.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Program Ownership: Lead multiple customer programs throughout their entire lifecycle—from initial onboarding through New Product Introduction (NPI) engineering, production and ongoing customer support.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Bring together Engineering, Operations, Purchasing, Production, and Sales to translate customer requirements into clear priorities and actions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, leading recurring progress reviews, tracking schedules and milestones, managing expectations, and creatively driving continuous improvement.
  • Schedule & Risk Management: Monitor program milestones, anticipate delivery risk or technical bottlenecks, and drive proactive solutions to keep deliveries on track.
  • NPI & Engineering Alignment: Partner with NPI engineering as configurations, components, and customer specifications evolve.
  • Business Reviews & Reporting: Prepare program health updates, margin tracking, and operational presentations for leadership and external stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in project management, program coordination, customer-facing roles, operations, supply chain, engineering support, or a related field
  • Experience coordinating projects, priorities, customers, or cross-functional activities
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and a strong sense of ownership
  • A strong ability to bring people together, establish alignment, and drive action without direct authority
  • Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical colleagues and customers
  • Curious about technology and motivated to develop a strong understanding of our products and customers
  • Strong proficiency with Monday.com, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • Experience with computing hardware, embedded systems, manufacturing, or other technical products is a plus
  • Familiarity with operating Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools (Epicor, NetSuite, SAP) is a plus
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency in the U.S. is required due to federal government/military contract requirements

Who You Are

You’re ready for more ownership. This hands-on role is built for an ambitious professional looking to step beyond project support and take full accountability for program execution, client relationship management, and delivery of cross-functional outcomes.

  • Proven Foundation: You have a few years of experience supporting projects, operations, or technical teams and are eager to own full program lifecycles from start to finish. You don’t need to have held the title of "Program Manager." We value organization, judgment, and problem-solving instincts over formal titles.
  • A Problem Solver: You bring structure to complex situations, proactively figure out what needs to happen next, and unblock stalled initiatives.
  • Influencing Without Authority: You communicate clearly, follow through, and get results across cross-functional teams using persistence, clarity, and trust. You’re a relationship builder who can maintain high levels of trust with internal and external audiences.
  • Curious & Growth-Minded: You aren't afraid to ask questions, learn custom hardware tech on the fly, and build your skills by managing increasingly complex programs.

Benefits & Perks

We believe in investing in our team's well-being, professional growth, and long-term success. Your total compensation package is designed to support you both inside and outside the workplace:

  • Financial Security: Competitive base salary, 401(k) retirement plan, and an attractive quarterly bonus program.
  • Comprehensive Health: Full suite of medical, dental, and vision coverage to keep you and your family protected.
  • Peace of Mind: Life insurance provided at no cost to you, alongside comprehensive options for private MAPFML, Long-Term Disability (LTD), critical illness, and accident insurance.
  • Work-Life Harmony: 12 paid company holidays, plus generous PTO and sick time policies to ensure you have the time you need to recharge.
  • Employee Support & Community: Access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and frequent opportunities to connect, including company-sponsored holiday parties, summer outings, and seasonal team events.
  • Daily Office Perks: Stay energized with free, freshly brewed coffee available daily.
