About the Role

JLL's Property Management Technologies (PMT) group - home to Building Engines and the Prism platform - is scaling aggressively. We are looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to serve as the connective tissue across sales, marketing, customer success, and delivery. This role owns the revenue engine: forecasting, pricing strategy, GTM execution, and cross-functional governance. You will work directly with the President of PMT and operate at the intersection of strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Accountability & Planning

    • Own revenue and profit budget forecasting and performance

    • Lead annual and quarterly budget cycles

    • Drive cost savings initiatives (e.g., license consolidation, system rationalization)

    • Manage headcount and spend against plan

  • Revenue Strategy & Growth

    • Own pricing strategy and governance across Building Engines Prism, AI monetization, and 3rd-party products

    • Develop bundled offerings, early payment programs, and direct market packaging

    • Identify and operationalize net-new revenue opportunities

    • Lead pricing and packaging change planning and execution

  • Go-to-Market Strategy

    • Define and execute GTM strategy for product features, modules, and new releases

    • Own Enterprise Licensing Agreement (ELA) structure and commercial readiness

    • Drive market penetration for under-penetrated segments

    • Partner with Sales Managers on targeted market strategies

  • Governance & Operations

    • Develop and manage PM/PMT governance structure

    • Serve as central operations stakeholder for business-related projects

    • Coordinate with Product Ops team on product-related initiatives

    • Lead process enhancement initiatives to improve operational efficiency (with Delivery Teams)

  • Escalation Management

    • Handle business-related escalations including pricing, billing, bookings, and customer issues

    • Shield executive leadership from operational matters while engaging them strategically when necessary

    • Serve as primary point of contact for cross-functional business challenges

  • People & Culture

    • Facilitate employee engagement through People Survey result review and development of specific actions against people survey results, townhalls

    • Foster collaborative environment across revenue-generating teams

    • Build alignment and communication across organizational functions

Requirements

  • A BS degree in business, marketing, economics, finance, engineering, or computer science

  • 7+ years in revenue operations, strategy, or GTM leadership in a B2B SaaS or PropTech environment

  • Demonstrated ability to own P&L components - budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis

  • Experience building or owning pricing strategy and packaging for software products

  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and team members

  • Excellent conflict & impediments management

  • Self-motivated with a default to action

  • Focused on setting and achieving measurable objectives and KPI

  • Proven experience in organizational process definition and change management

  • Strong executive communication skills for updates and escalations

  • Ability to create a collaborative plan of action and hold team members accountable, while keeping team engaged and focused

Preferred

  • Commercial real estate industry experience

Estimated compensation for this position:

220,000.00 - 280,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
