  • Define and own the platform vision, multi-year roadmap, and product strategy aligned with enterprise priorities
  • Own the end-to-end business processes for the assigned capability
  • Drive process standardization, simplification, automation, and continuous improvement
  • Serve as the business product owner for supporting applications and technologies
  • Lead governance for platform prioritization, funding, and enhancement decisions
  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure platform health and business outcomes
  • Lead and develop cross-functional teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 14+ years of experience in product management, business process ownership, enterprise transformation, or related leadership roles
  • Demonstrated experience leading agile product delivery and managing product roadmaps and backlogs
  • Strong knowledge of business process design, optimization, and enterprise technology platforms
  • Experience leading governance, prioritization, portfolio management, and funding processes
  • Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution while delivering measurable business value
  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred
  • Relevant product/agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or similar Agile certifications)

  • Professional services experience is highly preferred, especially in supporting business development, sales, client onboarding, engagement management, or service delivery platforms
