About the role

The Senior Product Manager I will typically own a product or one or more product features within a complex product. Individuals in this role will be responsible for developing a commercially successful product strategy and lead project execution with minimal guidance that is based on qualitative and quantitative customer understanding. They will develop strong technology relationships looking for ways to address customer needs and will be seen as a critical stakeholder for feedback on new feature ideas. They will informally coach more junior PMs and interview and recruit new PM candidates.

  • Own and manage the Due Diligence product portfolio, ensuring continued commercial success and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute product strategy and vision, aligning the product with evolving customer needs and business objectives.
  • Manage a large and established customer base, ensuring customers derive ongoing value from the product.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize product initiatives and drive business outcomes.
  • Oversee product revenue performance and contribute to commercial decision-making related to the product portfolio.
  • Lead the transition of customers from legacy platforms to the strategic Nexus Plus platform, ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the journey.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer workflows and deliver value in an increasingly AI-powered environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, commercial, and operational stakeholders, to deliver product improvements and innovations.
  • Balance customer requirements, commercial goals, and strategic priorities while managing a mature product in a competitive marketplace.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager managing complex software, data, risk, compliance, or B2B products.
  • Demonstrated ability to define product strategy and build long-term product roadmaps.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business and technical functions.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand and influence revenue performance and business outcomes.
  • Experience working with established products while driving modernization and customer migration initiatives.
U.S. National Base Pay Range: $71,600 - $119,400. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
