    About the Role

    LexisNexis is transforming how in-house legal teams operate and we're looking for exceptional attorneys who want to be part of that change. The Legal Engineer Role collaborates with in-house legal teams, understands their strategic and tactical goals, and helps them achieve those goals via tailor-madeLexisNexis AI and workflow solutions. This is a unique opportunity for someone who has practiced as an in-house attorney and is ready to apply that experience in a strategic, client-facing role that accelerates the adoption of LexisNexis' cutting-edge AI and workflow solutions in the corporate market.

    Responsibilities

    Engaging in-house legal teams to understand their daily workflows and creating tailored LexisNexis AI solutions (e.g., Protege Workflows) to enhance existing processes, improve outcomes, and increase productivity and ROI.

    Leading tailored demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops to drive adoption and utilization of LexisNexis workflowsand AI solutions.

    Identifying opportunities to expand LexisNexis' ecosystem footprint at existing clients in partnership with Client Managers.

    Collectingclient feedback on LexisNexis solutions, including existing issues and desired new features and functionality, and relaying the feedback as actionable insights to product and dev teams.

    Requirements

    Have a JD with at least 3 years of in-house legal experience at a Fortune 1000 company(law firm experience preferred but not required)

    Have in-depth knowledge of, and experience with, common in-house legal processes andworkflows

    Have a great executive presence, legal expertise, and AI fluency

    Have effective presentation skills and ability to engage audiences at all organizational levels

    Be willing and able to travel at least 50% of the time to support business and client needs

    Primary Location Base Pay Range: Home based-New York $115,400 - $192,200. If performed in Illinois, the base pay range is $110,100 - $183,500.If performed in Chicago, IL, the base pay range is $115,400 - $192,200.If performed in New York City, the base pay range is $125,900 - $209,700.If performed in Rochester, NY, the base pay range is $104,900 - $174,700.If performed in Ohio, the base pay range is $99,700 - $166,000.U.S. National Base Pay Range: $104,900 - $174,700. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
