About the Role

Wolters Kluwer Health is seeking an experienced Lead Technology Project & Program Manager to lead complex business transformation initiatives focused on Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ, lead-to-order processes, systems integration, middleware modernization, and enterprise data migration. This role is responsible for end-to-end program delivery, including planning, execution, governance, risks, dependencies, budgets, executive communications, change management, and successful adoption of new systems and processes across multiple business units.

This is a high-impact role for someone who can partner with senior leaders, technology teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners to drive strategic enterprise initiatives that transform business systems and processes at a leading healthcare technology organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of CRM, Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, integrations, data migration, and business transformation projects.
  • Develop and manage project plans, scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, stakeholder alignment, and prioritization discussions.
  • Drive project governance, status reporting, executive communications, and decision-making forums.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, vendors, and implementation partners to achieve project objectives in a matrixed organization
  • Manage business, technical, resource, budget, and timeline constraints while helping teams resolve issues and maintain delivery momentum.
  • Serve as a change agent to support adoption of new systems, processes, governance models, and business transformation outcomes.

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent understanding of business process and financial concepts preferred

Experience

  • 7+ years of project/program management experience, including 5+ years leading complex technology transformation initiatives.
  • Direct experience managing Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ, integrations, and enterprise data migration programs.
  • Strong understanding of lead-to-order and/or order-to-cash business processes.
  • Experience managing systems integration, middleware modernization, API/integration workstreams, or related enterprise technology programs
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, vendors, and implementation partners in a matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing executive stakeholders, project governance, risks, dependencies, budgets, and organizational change.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, risk management, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile/SDLC methodologies and tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, and Excel.
  • Experience working with global teams, third-party vendors, and executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP and/or Agile certification
  • Healthcare technology experience.
  • Experience working within global or multinational organizations
  • MBA or equivalent understanding of business process and financial concepts
