Job Summary:

We are seeking aย hands-on Production Managerย to oversee and optimize our manufacturing operations. This role requiresย direct participation in production processesย alongside managing workflow, ensuring quality control, and acting as aย key communication channelย between the production facility and administrative offices. The ideal candidate will haveย strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approachย to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Oversight:ย Manage daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely completion of projects.
  • Hands-On Participation:ย Engage in production processes when necessary, assisting with fabrication, assembly, and troubleshooting.
