Job description

  • Provide high-quality customer experience by delivering professional, timely, and accurate responses to customer and vendor escalations
  • Ensure all vendor support activities are completed accurately and on time.
  • Process invoices, incentives, and rebates in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support the implementation of new operational processes and enhancements to existing processes by applying operational and vendor monitoring expertise.
  • Identify potential risks and issues and escalate them clearly and promptly to leadership. Ensure all desk policies and procedures are current, accurate, and properly maintained.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Type of prior related experience:

  • College degree in business or a related field preferred but not required.
  • One or more years of customer service experience preferred.

  • Demonstrate intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
