The Manager, Business Process & Continuous Improvement is responsible for driving continuous improvement by evaluating existing systems and processes, proposing improvements and implementing solutions. Reporting to the Director of Accounting and based in our Irvine, California office, this position and working closely with accounting leaders and plays a key role in the optimizing business processes to best support Revelyst's operations and supporting key finance/accounting initiatives.

As the Manager, Business Process & Continuous Improvement, you will have an opportunity to:

  • Document existing information systems, business processes, accounting processes and internal accounting controls across multiple business units and ERP systems.

  • Evaluate systems and processes and identify gaps, risks and improvement opportunities.

  • Propose improvements aimed at enhancing efficiency and scalability, reducing cost, increasing accuracy, standardizing processes, strengthening internal control and better supporting the business.

  • Develop and document financial and accounting policies and procedures and internal controls.

  • Support cross-functional projects, collaborating with business unit leadership, FP&A, IT and other teams to drive key accounting initiatives.

  • Perform special projects as required.

  • Support internal and external audits.

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting systems.

  • 8+ years' progressive experience in accounting.

  • Substantial experience in accounting in large or mid-cap manufacturing companies-preferably in consumer products or similar industry.

  • Proven talent for evaluating systems and processes, proposing improvements and implementing solutions.

  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Netsuite.

  • Ability to work in a complex organization having multiple business units, brands and ERP systems.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Strong work ethic, a sense of urgency and unquestioned integrity.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.).

  • Ability to work on site in our Irvine, CA offices at least 4 days per week.

You might have:

  • Certified Public Accountant license or Certified Management Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor certification

  • MBA degree

Pay Range:

Annual Salary: $150,000.00 - $160,000.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
