The Sr. Analyst, Process Improvement will support the People Services (HR) project management system and foster process improvement to create a more streamlined, optimized processes, with a focus on improving the internal departmental and field user experience. The Sr. Analyst Process Improvement will play a crucial role at the intersection of systems and processes, and oversees documentation of QRGs. They will work closely with the business team to grasp the strategy, vision, workflow, and business requirements while also crafting solutions to enrich the process and the end user experience.
Responsibilities
  • Work with different stakeholders to document current process and identify key pain points in the existing business processes, and system structure, this includes the facilitation of meetings, collecting information, tracking status, identifying gaps, and generating insights in support of long-term process improvement initiatives.
  • Perform root cause analysis for identified issues, or support and consult with users to identify and resolve issues in process.
  • Maintain process maps, and QRGs across the People Services departments.
  • Work cross-functionally to Facilitate conversation around business process improvement identify, implement, and execute process improvement initiatives.
  • Gain a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications, and processes and ensure they are in alignment with departmental goals.
  • Oversees communication to inform team members of any changes to processes.
  • Balance diverse requirements of various stakeholders and achieve agreement by addressing conflicting concerns and interests.
  • Partner with other cross-functional teams on testing solutions to support process improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze current business processes to identify key areas that would qualify as good candidate for AI initiatives.
  • Monitor the success of system and process changes post-implementation.
  • Collaborate with leadership to track and measure the impact of process improvements, using data-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness and identify further enhancement opportunities.
  • Additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in related field. In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience is required or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4+ years' experience in demonstrating ability to analyze information, research problems, and determine and implement solutions.
  • Experience in overseeing the end-to-end implementation of process improvement initiatives.

Preferred
  • Experience working with AI
  • Six Sigma or Lean Certification

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Strong computer skills including Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project, and others related to job duties.
