Our client, a large organization, is seeking a Finance Director with strong FP&A and operations finance experience. This individual will report directly to the CFO and mentor a small team, playing a key role in strengthening financial planning and reporting company-wide, with strong visibility to senior leadership. The ideal candidate must have operations finance or FP&A business partnering experience and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for operational leaders.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business unit leaders to drive financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Deliver decision support and financial evaluation for initiatives at the unit and regional level

  • Collaborate with operational leadership to capitalize on positive trends and address areas of underperformance
