Job description

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / COMPETENCIES

Reporting to the Sr. Manager – Finance Business Systems, this role partners with Finance, Accounting, FP&A and IT to design, implement and support Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle EPM solutions that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements and recommend Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle EPM solutions.
  • Support General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, Tax and Financial Reporting.
  • Support Oracle EPM Planning and Narrative Reporting.
  • Configure and support Financial Reporting Center, Smart View, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes.
  • Prepare functional designs, configuration documentation and test scripts.
  • Lead SIT, UAT, quarterly updates and production support.
  • Partner with Finance, Internal Audit, Compliance, and IT Security teams to ensure Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle EPM solutions comply with SOX, IT General Controls (ITGC), and corporate governance requirements.
  • Support Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) including Security Console, Advanced Access Controls (AAC), Financial Reporting Compliance, and Transaction Control
  • Coordinate cross-functional issue resolution and continuous process improvements.
  • Train business users and maintain solution documentation.
  • Support integrations with Oracle Integration Cloud and enterprise systems.
  • Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION & TRAINING
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field.
  • MBA, CPA or Oracle certifications preferred.
EXPERIENCE
  • 8–10 years implementing and supporting Oracle EPM and Fusion Financials.
  • Functional expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, Tax, and Financial Reporting.
  • Functional knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (Planning, Narrative Reporting, EDM).
  • Experience supporting SOX compliance, IT General Controls (ITGC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and audit controls.
  • Functional Knowledge of Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC).
  • Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Smart View, OTBI, BI Publisher, Financial Reporting Center, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations.
  • Experience supporting SOX-compliant global Finance organizations.
SKILLS
  • Strong Finance and Accounting functional knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and mentor junior analysts.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.

Pay range: $130K - $165K - Final compensation/salary will depend on experience.
