Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in financial systems and business process documentation. This role involves partnering with finance, program, and IT teams to ensure accurate financial data management and reporting. The ideal candidate will excel in facilitating discussions, documenting requirements, and building consensus in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions for business and technical needs.
  • Analyze K–12 financial data including budgets, expenditures, and grants.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements and system specifications.
  • Support the design, testing, and implementation of financial data systems.
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation and user guides.
