Job Description

As a Business Process Analyst within our Global Sales Operations organization, you will own the high-impact mapping and optimization of cross-functional workflows across the ecosystem. This role focuses deeply on the "Why" and the "Business Flow," aligning stakeholders on critical operational changes and standardizing procedures prior to technical development. Operating at the intersection of business strategy and technical enablement, you will partner closely with Sales Operations, IT, Product, Finance, and other business leaders to evaluate, redesign, and automate processes that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Process Mapping & Optimization

  • Lead end-to-end process discovery, mapping, documentation, and optimization.

  • Develop enterprise process maps and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.

  • Establish process governance and standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Alignment

  • Facilitate process workshops with business stakeholders.

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Engineering.

  • Translate operational needs into scalable business solutions.

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Develop KPIs and SLAs to measure process performance.

  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

  • Partner with IT to automate business processes using enterprise technologies.

Technology & Digital Transformation

  • Support Salesforce and enterprise application improvements.

  • Evaluate AI, workflow automation, and digital technologies.

  • Collaborate on system implementations, integrations, and enhancements.

Target Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.


Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree& 5+ years of experience in business process management, business analysis, or operational transformation
