Job Duties

  • Develop and implement the creation of end-to-end internal processes supporting new product delivery and support lifecycles. 
  • Ensure processes are clearly defined, aligned across functions, and structured into appropriate lanes with clear ownership and accountability. 
  • Draft, validate, and finalize processes to enable new delivery services to market. 
  • Coordinate process-related information among engineering, sales, marketing, delivery, and support teams. 
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and perform data analysis to identify current processes. 
  • Support readiness for early adopters and optimize procedures based on practical implementation and feedback. 
  • Facilitate process review sessions to promote effective adoption of new workflows. 
  • Create clear, high-quality documentation for both customers and internal teams using MS Word, Visio, and similar tools. 
  • Prepare processes for release in North America with the aim of expanding the services globally. 
  • Present process insights, suggestions, and strategic plans with leadership. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5-7 years related experience
  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Engineering, Operations)
  • Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED 
  • Frequent travel (6-20%)
  • Frequent overnight stays (6-20%)
  • Job requires employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business < 20% per week (8 hours) and/or travel locally between company locations during scheduled workday

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in process consulting, operations, or cross-functional program roles. 
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to create high-quality documentation using MS Word, Visio, or similar tools. 
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments aligning roles and responsibilities. 
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience supporting customer-facing teams or deliverables. 
  • Experience in high-technology, automation, or engineering-driven environments. Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) or go-to-market initiatives. 
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement certification. 
  • Experience scaling processes across regions or global organizations. 
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive organizational alignment. 
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or workflow tools.
