Overview
As a Business Operations Assistant Analyst, you will play a key role in how our agency understands and manages its resources and scope. You will be responsible for reporting and analyzing scope and resource data to build variance analyses that guide projected resource plans - work that directly informs strategic decisions across the agency. Success in this role is defined by your ability to deliver accurate, timely reporting and analysis while maintaining the consistency and integrity of data across all clients and workstreams.

You bring an analytical mindset, a sharp eye for detail, and the curiosity to ask better questions. You communicate clearly across all levels of an organization and take initiative in identifying opportunities to work smarter. Responsibilities
  • Weekly data management across all clients and resources
  • Consolidating and integrating reports across multiple sources
  • Providing accurate daily and weekly reporting to stakeholders of all levels
  • Bringing analytical rigor and precision to all reporting deliverables
  • Providing insights into trends and seasonality
  • Applying analytical curiosity and AI tools across all tasks
  • Identifying opportunities to automate analyses and drive process improvements and efficiencies
  • Partnering with resource and operations managers to understand variances in projects and staffing
  • Managing deadlines and communicating issues, concerns, and questions in a timely manner
  • Working extended hours, including weekends, as required
  • Performing all other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or another quantitative discipline
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, charting, and automation
  • Demonstrated ability to aggregate, clean, and parse large datasets
  • Experience presenting data insights across multiple levels of an organization
  • Experience using AI tools for analysis and within Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience in process management and improvement
  • Intellectual curiosity and forward-thinking approach to all tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Compensation Range: USD $40,280.00 - USD $57,008.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
