MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Business Operations Analyst to join our team in Chantilly, VA.

The Business Operations Analyst will support critical mission requirements, operational compliance, and organizational decision-making. Operating at the intersection of business strategy and public service compliance, this role offers an ideal path for an ambitious individual with a background in business administration, economics, and legal policy who possesses the foundational eligibility to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Operational & Legal Compliance: Support the enforcement of strict operational guidelines, regulatory requirements, and mission security standards, maintaining the integrity of controlled processes under oath or protocol.
  • Business Analysis & Strategic Support: Utilize business analysis tools, economic principles, and organizational planning models to analyze operational data and support strategic management decisions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Public Interface: Serve as a key point of contact for internal leadership, government officials, and stakeholders; greet, direct, and guide personnel while effectively communicating policies and operational details.
  • Project Execution & Problem Solving: Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to complete high-priority tasks and deliverables on tight schedules with zero margin for error.
  • Ethical Guidance & Governance: Apply ethical principles and logical frameworks to daily operational decisions, upholding the highest standards of professional conduct and discretion.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy, or a related discipline (Accelerated program completion with academic distinction / high GPA preferred).
  • Demonstrated hands-on exposure to public administration, regulatory enforcement, or election/governmental operations (e.g., Election Page or local government service).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and intermediate business computer applications.
  • Proven ability to work independently or collaboratively; strong oral and written communication skills; demonstrated history of problem-solving, accountability, and project execution on deadline.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and collaborative spaces.
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers to convey complex operational and administrative information.

The projected compensation range for this position is $60,100.00-$99,300.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.  In addition, MANTECH invests in its employees beyond just compensation.  MANTECH's benefits offerings include, dependent upon position, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, short-term and long-term Disability, Retirement and Savings, Learning and Development opportunities, wellness programs as well as other optional benefit elections.
