To assist in the daily administration of the district's business affairs; including maintinaing efficient processing of Purchase Orders, bill payments.
High school diploma required, minimum 3 years of related work experience, accounts payable and payroll preferred.
Knowledge of computers including Microsoft Office and Google Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel.
Knowledge of CDK Systems, for accounting and vendor data management.
Assist with the school district lunch accounts, billing notifications to parents.
Good interpersonal and communication skills required, both internally and with external vendors, to maintain efficient business flow.
Required criminal history check and proof of U.S. citizenship or resident alien status.
Assist the Business Administrator/Board Secretary in carrying out all duties necessary for the smooth and efficient daily operations of the business office.
Performs other duties as assigned by the superintendent or school business administrator.
Length of contract: 12 months, salary to be determined by administration.
Health, Dental insurance offered as per the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
