Finance Business Intelligence Analyst I

Scottsdale: 18700 N Hayden Rd, Suite 255, Scottsdale, AZ 85255

Osaic is not considering remote candidates at this time.

Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Applicants should be located at one of our hubs listed above and must be willing to work this schedule.

Role Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year + annual bonus

Summary:

We are looking for a data-driven motivated individual to join the Finance Business Intelligence team! Finance Business Intelligence is a central role in driving critical reporting, strategic direction, and evaluating firm wide performance. Finance Business Intelligence has an outsize role within our pre-IPO firm and generally collaborates with almost every corporate function.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant practical experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Build foundational subject matter expertise in financial and wealth management data under guidance and supervision

  • Support strategic initiatives by producing analyses, reports, and dashboards

  • Assist stakeholders in understanding business questions and contributing to analytical solutions

  • Develop and maintain analytical code and queries using established standards

  • Follow data quality, documentation, and control standards

  • Present findings clearly with guidance and mentoring

Basic Requirements:

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to learn

  • Knowledge of data analytics software and tools (e.g. Python, R) and data querying languages (e.g. SQL, Snowflake).

  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively

Preferred Requirements:

  • Internship or entry-level experience in analytics, finance, or related fields

  • Familiarity with Python, SQL, or BI tools such as Power BI

  • Basic understanding of data governance concepts
