Standard Job Description You will be the International Business Development Senior Manager for the Integrated Air and Missile Defense Business Development Team. Our team is responsible for driving international sales growth, market analysis, product development, and strategic liaison across the Asia/INDOPACOM region. What You Will Be Doing As the International Business Development Senior Manager you will be responsible for leading business development initiatives, evaluating market data, and guiding sales strategies for IAMD systems worldwide.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Develop and execute international business strategies for IAMD solutions. Analyze market research and sales data to inform product and distribution decisions. Lead pursuit and capture efforts for IAMD logistics and followon opportunities.

Coordinate with regional sales, marketing, and engineering teams. Travel extensively to engage customers and partners across the Asia/INDOPACOM region. Basic Qualifications Must have an active Secret clearance Experience in business development and/or operational experience Understanding of the Department of Defense Security Assistance Management processes and application to Foreign Military Sales and Direct Commercial Sales Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to clearly articulate strategies at multiple levels of business and government Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills Proficiency with MS PowerPoint for the creation of plans and briefings suitable for internal and external customer presentation Team Player - effective at organizing and motivating a diverse set of individuals in pursuit of common objectives Deal closer - highly effective at bringing tasks and projects to a successful and timely conclusion Knowledge of potential customers and demonstrated customer relations skills Ability to understand and interpret international customers' needs and requirements and relate them back to programmatic requirements A high degree of flexibility and the ability to travel worldwide, without restriction. Must be able to operate and thrive in a fast-paced international environment. Must be self-motivated and able to operate with minimal guidance and succeed in a highly competitive arena.

Ideal candidate will have working knowledge of MFC process requirements, limiting the learning curve associated with this new position. Desired Skills Experience in Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control's products and services Demonstrated capture expertise Experience in US Army Air Defense systems, US DOD security assistance processes, and non-US countries' acquisition processes USG OMC/Embassy experience in Asia and /or US INDOPACOM experience Technical knowledge of Integrated Air and Missile Defense and associated systems, particularly THAAD.
