As the Talent Development Training Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing talent across both corporate and operational environments. You will design, deliver, and continuously improve learning solutions that build critical skills, drive behavior change, and support business performance. By partnering closely with leaders and business partners, you will help strengthen capability, engagement, and efficiency across the organization while contributing to measurable business outcomes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Design, Deliver, and Facilitate Learning

  • Design and deliver highquality, scalable learning solutions using modern learning principles and blended delivery methods, including inperson, virtual, and digital experiences.

  • Facilitate engaging learning experiences that support operational excellence, leadership effectiveness, and performance outcomes in fast-paced, frontline and corporate environments.

  • Develop worldclass learning content and materials that are relevant, businessaligned, and practical for application on the job.

Business Partnership & Deployment

  • Partner with corporate and operations business partners to assess learning needs, align priorities, and implement effective training deployment strategies.

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage training logistics to ensure efficient, timely, and costeffective delivery across multiple locations and audiences.

  • Influence and align stakeholders across the organization to drive adoption and engagement with learning initiatives.

Application, Measurement, and Impact

  • Support skills-based and competency-driven development by aligning learning solutions to identified capability gaps and progression needs.

  • Measure the effectiveness and business impact of learning initiatives using data, feedback, and performance indicators.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve learning solutions to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and business results.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Stay current on trends, tools, and best practices in talent development and learning.

  • Identify opportunities to improve content, delivery models, and learning experiences to better support business needs and operational realities.

  • Collaborate with Talent Development and business partners to recommend enhancements that increase impact and scalability.

WHAT WE'RE SEEKING

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform essential functions.

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited fouryear college or university and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, required.

  • Knowledge of talent development and adult learning principles, including instructional design, performancebased learning, and training evaluation.

  • Experience designing and developing learning content for classroom, virtual, and/or digital delivery, preferred.

  • Comfort operating in evolving environments, adjusting learning approaches based on feedback, data, and changing business needs.

  • Experience supporting both corporate and operational environments, including frontline or manufacturing settings, preferred.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to use data to assess effectiveness and inform improvements.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence, partner, and collaborate across levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated success working in fastpaced, matrixed environments and managing multiple priorities.

  • Ability to build strong working relationships and contribute to a positive, teamoriented work environment.

  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide others toward goal accomplishment.

  • Up to 50% travel, required.
