Job Summary Prospect and hunt for new business opportunities through outbound outreach, cold calling, and pipeline development Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and client visits on a regular travel cadence, approximately one week every six weeks, with events typically held in CA, NY, NV, and LA Build and manage a book of business as the sole salesperson within the assigned business unit Meet and exceed gross profit quota targets, with performance-based commission eligibility beginning at 70% of quota upon conversion Collaborate with internal tech and operations stakeholders to align on client needs and delivery Represent the organization at client-facing and executive-level engagements Minimum Requirements: 3-4 years of sales experience with a demonstrated focus on hunting and prospecting Experience in the digital media, advertising, or adjacent space (e.g., affiliate marketing, digital lead acquisition, ad tech, or similar) Proven track record of outbound pipeline generation and closing new business Willingness and availability to travel approximately one week every six weeks for trade shows and client visits Preferred Qualifications: Actively seeking to broaden industry exposure beyond affiliate, co-reg, or digital lead acquisition Experience selling into or alongside an advertising technology or media business unit Comfortable operating independently as the only salesperson on a team
