Job description

Business Development Representative

Position Summary

Power Dry is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Representative to build and maintain strong partnerships with key referral sources throughout our market. This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, personable, and confident in creating strong first impressions, following up consistently, and building long-term business relationships.

In this position, you will manage a designated group of referral partners, generate leads, and support the sales pipeline through strategic account development. You will use a mix of in-person networking, email outreach, social media engagement, newsletters, educational initiatives, and other sales and marketing efforts to grow Power Dry's network and strengthen our position as the preferred service provider when disaster strikes.


Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and referral partners throughout the assigned territory
  • Work remotely within the territory while meeting face-to-face with contractors (including plumbers) and other business partners
  • Qualify prospective clients to determine fit for our services and referral program
  • Manage marketing plans and attend key networking and marketing events in the area
  • Maintain regular, value-added contact with referral partners
  • Achieve monthly goals for enrollments, jobs, and revenue
  • Follow up on leads and referrals generated through field activity
  • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual performance goals
  • Professionally represent Power Dry and promote the company brand through in-person interactions
  • Complete weekly sales activity reports
  • Develop and maintain monthly marketing routes


Qualifications

  • Strong relationship-building, persuasion, and negotiation skills
