This program is more than your next job – it is an accelerated path to leadership for those who possess vision and entrepreneurial ambition, thrive in dynamic environments, and aspire to lead with purpose in a global organization that is redefining the future of food ingredients by driving change for good food and a healthy future.
As part of ofi’s Business Leadership Development Program (BLDP), you will embark on an immersive developmental journey of hands-on experiences that will equip you with deep insights into our value chains, business operations, organizational culture, and strategic initiatives. With ample occasions to propel our business forward, you will have the unique opportunity to grow your career at one of the world’s leading food ingredient suppliers where you will be challenged and rewarded as a full-time member of our talented team from day one.
ofi’s Leadership Program Features:
- Organizational Onboarding to the ofi ecosystem - our people, values, operating model, and what makes us unique. You will build a strong foundation to belong and succeed within our organization.
- Business Rotations with real-world experiences across all our solution platforms at our corporate offices and operations facilities across North America. You will take on crucial business responsibilities and work side-by-side with tenured business experts to deliver impactful results.
- Developmental Support including skill-building classes, mentorship by senior leaders, self-discovery assessments, professional networking, and timely feedback. You will hone your personal effectiveness, leadership skills, and technical capabilities in a supportive setting.
- Capstone Project addressing a high-impact business challenge or emerging opportunity selected by you and your senior leader mentor. You will showcase your business fluency and leadership aptitude as you present your accomplishments to our Executive Leadership Team.
Upon program completion, you will:Â
- Step into a management level role within one of our key North America business areas: Business Development, Business Optimization, Commercialization, Marketing, Sales, and/or Product Management.
- Take on immediate ownership of high impact initiatives, including opportunities to apply data, analytics, and AI enabled tools to drive better decisions and outcomes.
- Expand the scope and scale of your influence with cross-functional teams, customer engagements, and operational priorities.
- Accelerate your leadership trajectory with a path toward P&L leadership
- Leverage the capabilities built during the program — including exposure to AI driven insights, automation, and digital tools — to deliver measurable business results.
- Contribute directly to ofi’s long-term growth by leading projects that blend commercial acumen, operational excellence, and technology-enabled innovation.

- Master’s degree in business management, business operations or similar from an accredited academic institution (must be completed by time of hire)
- Work experience (inclusive of internships) in business development, brand management, planning and sourcing, product management, or sales
- Formal academic study and/or work experience in Engineering is preferred
- Experience within the food industry and/or food service is a plus

- Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels, both internally and externally
- Strong self-initiative with an ability to operate at a high level with minimum supervision

- Worksite Details:
- Full-time (5 days/week) onsite presence
- Multi-week stays at different worksites across North America during the Program

The pay for this role ranges from $95,000 - $150,000 annually and is based on position responsibilities and geographic location. Actual pay within this range may be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or other determining factors. Â
