Our 12-month North America Business Leadership Development Program is cultivating high-potential individuals to become the next generation of Business Leaders for ofi North America. As part of ofi’s Business Leadership Development Program (BLDP), you will embark on an immersive developmental journey of hands-on experiences that will equip you with deep insights into our value chains, business operations, organizational culture, and strategic initiatives.   • Capstone Project addressing a high-impact business challenge or emerging opportunity selected by you and your senior leader mentor.  You will showcase your business fluency and leadership aptitude as you present your accomplishments to our Executive Leadership Team.

Upon program completion, you will: 

  • Step into a management level role within one of our key North America business areas: Business Development, Business Optimization, Commercialization, Marketing, Sales, and/or Product Management.
  • Take on immediate ownership of high impact initiatives, including opportunities to apply data, analytics, and AI enabled tools to drive better decisions and outcomes.
  • Expand the scope and scale of your influence with cross-functional teams, customer engagements, and operational priorities.
  • Accelerate your leadership trajectory with a path toward P&L leadership
  • Leverage the capabilities built during the program — including exposure to AI driven insights, automation, and digital tools — to deliver measurable business results.
  • Contribute directly to ofi’s long-term growth by leading projects that blend commercial acumen, operational excellence, and technology-enabled innovation.

  • Education and Experience
    • Master’s degree in business management, business operations or similar from an accredited academic institution (must be completed by time of hire)
    • Work experience (inclusive of internships) in business development, brand management, planning and sourcing, product management, or sales
    • Formal academic study and/or work experience in Engineering is preferred
    • Experience within the food industry and/or food service is a plus
  • Skills and Proficiencies
    • Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communications, negotiating, and influencing
    • Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels, both internally and externally
    • Strong self-initiative with an ability to operate at a high level with minimum supervision
    • Strong leadership skills
    • Excellent analytical skills and comfortable working with business data in an ever-changing environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • Proficiency in Salesforce, ERP systems, and/or MRP and planning suites (e.g., Demand Caster) is a plus
  • Worksite Details:
    • Full-time (5 days/week) onsite presence
    • Multi-week stays at different worksites across North America during the Program
    • Relocation within the United States for post-program role.  Work locations may include:

The pay for this role ranges from $95,000 - $150,000 annually and is based on position responsibilities and geographic location. Actual pay within this range may be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or other determining factors.
