Job description
The Leadership Development Program Manager is the architect of our future leadership pipeline. We are seeking a strategic professional to join our in-office team to design, implement, and continuously improve the initiatives that cultivate our next generation of leaders.
In this highly visible role, you will take true ownership of our Management Training Program. You will partner with business leaders to build robust learning pathways, facilitate engaging workshops, and prepare high-potential frontline employees for advancement. Beyond curriculum design, you will leverage advanced assessment tools to build actionable development plans, all while managing and coaching our internal training team to execute these strategies flawlessly.
This position offers the chance to make a lasting, organization-wide impact. If you are deeply passionate about championing succession planning, driving leadership readiness, and unlocking human potential within a trusted, forward-thinking organization, you will find a highly rewarding home with us.
This is a fully in-office position, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
Why Join Land Title?ÂAt Land Title, we believe our most precious resource is our people. We take a holistic approach to caring for our team, ensuring you have the support you need to thrive. Here is what you can look forward to when you join us:
- Incredible Culture – Step into an environment where everything we do is deeply grounded in our core values of Excellence, Efficacy, Responsibility, Altruism, and Honesty.
- Meaningful Work – Elevate your daily impact by surrounding yourself with passionate professionals. You will collaborate with industry experts who know Colorado real estate laws, customs, and markets inside and out.
- Professional Growth – We are committed to your future. We actively invest in your training and development, providing a variety of avenues for you to continuously grow and expand your professional skills.
- Personal Wellness – We encourage you to live your best life. We champion true work-life balance and provide robust support and resources through our Employee Assistance Program to ensure your overall well-being.
- Opportunities to Serve – Be part of a company that gives back. Our leadership starts at the top—our executive team regularly donates their time to professional and civic organizations that promote and support the communities in which we live and work.
In this highly strategic role, you will be the driving force behind our leadership pipeline and talent development initiatives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Â

- Champion Culture: Assist with broader HR initiatives, including performance management cycles, change management efforts, and culture-building activities.
- HR Assistance: Provide ad-hoc support for recruiting and employee relations. (Note: Requires regular, punctual attendance and occasional travel based on business needs).
To be successful in this role, you will bring a mix of instructional design expertise, strategic team leadership, and strong analytical skills. We are looking for candidates who possess:
