ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Sales to own and scale Outreach's sales organization. This leader will grow revenue by developing people, building scalable sales processes, optimizing CRM systems, launching new initiatives, and personally pursuing strategic opportunities. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial, data-driven builder with a passion for helping churches grow.

$90,000-$135,000 annual base salary (DOE)
5% commission on personal sales

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Own sales-team revenue, forecasting, and growth targets
Develop and execute strategies that drive new business and long-term revenue
Identify and launch revenue opportunities across products, partnerships, and channels
Lead and coach the Sales Manager and BDR team
Build and train a commission-only sales force with clear goals and KPIs
Build scalable sales processes, playbooks, pipelines, and CRM workflows
Own pipeline visibility, forecasting, dashboards, and sales reporting
Personally pursue and close strategic sales and partnership opportunities
Lead executive-level negotiations and key customer relationships
Partner across teams to improve lead flow, product launches, and customer experience
Build a performance-driven, mission-aligned sales culture


Requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:  

  Seven or more years of progressive sales leadership experience
Demonstrated success scaling teams and growing revenue
Experience leading sales, business development, and account management functions
Experience building sales processes, compensation plans, and performance dashboards
Strong financial acumen in forecasting, pricing strategy, and pipeline management
Advanced CRM experience with pipelines, workflows, automations, and reporting
Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Alignment with Outreach's mission, vision, and core values


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

GoHighLevel experience
Experience selling SaaS, marketing services, subscriptions, technology, or agency services
Understanding of the Christian church and experience serving churches or faith-based organizations
