We are growing and looking for a driven Commercial Business Development Manager to expand our commercial client base and strengthen strategic relationships throughout the market.
Position Overview
This is a true outside sales and business development role focused on generating commercial opportunities, building referral relationships, and growing revenue within an assigned territory.
The ideal candidate has experience developing business relationships with property managers, facility managers, insurance professionals, commercial real estate professionals, healthcare facilities, municipalities, or other commercial decision-makers. This person is proactive, relationship-focused, highly organized, and motivated by building long-term partnerships that lead to revenue growth.

What Youll Do
  • Develop and grow commercial accounts within your territory
  • Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and relationship development
  • Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, insurance agents/adjusters, commercial real estate professionals, and other key referral partners
  • Maintain consistent in-person meetings, site visits, and networking activity
  • Identify opportunities for emergency restoration and reconstruction services
  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Follow up consistently and move opportunities through the sales process
  • Represent Paul Davis professionally in the community and at industry events
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure excellent customer experience
  • Maintain CRM activity, pipeline updates, and reporting
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
