  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience within commercial interiors, contract furniture manufacturing, or a closely related design/build industry.
  • Proven success in consultative outside sales with experience independently managing a large regional territory.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with interior designers, architects, procurement teams, and creative professionals.
  • Strong relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to confidently ask discovery questions around budgets, timelines, and decision-making processes to maximize project success.
  • Professional presence with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to reliably commute to the Marietta, GA office at least once per week between travel commitments.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% throughout the assigned territory and nationally for industry events.

What's In It For You:

  • Competitive base salary
  • Performance-based bonus structure tied to territory growth, account expansion, and milestone achievements
