Job Title: Business Development Manager - Aerospace Composites

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth in our aerospace composites division. In this strategic role, you will lead efforts to expand our presence within the aerospace and defense sectors by identifying new opportunities, developing key accounts, and promoting advanced composite material solutions for structural and interior applications.

This is a travel-focused position requiring regular visits to clients, OEMs, and Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers to build strong partnerships and deliver technical value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aerospace and defense sectors
  • Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, suppliers, and engineering teams
  • Promote composite solutions for applications such as fuselage, interior panels, fairings, and nacelles
  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams to deliver customized solutions
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage long sales cycles typical in aerospace procurement
  • Stay informed on industry trends, certifications, and competitive landscape
  • Represent the company at aerospace trade shows, conferences, and client meetings
  • Track and report on pipeline activity, forecasts, and market developments

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of business development or technical sales experience in the aerospace composites or materials industry
  • Strong understanding of aerospace structures, materials requirements, and approval processes
  • Established network within OEMs and Tier 1/Tier 2 aerospace suppliers
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic sales skills
  • Travel up to 50%
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Materials Science, Business, or related discipline
