Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated, empathetic, and organized Business Development Associate to join our growing water mitigation/restoration company. It is a relationship-focused sales role responsible for driving revenue by securing partnerships with referral sources-such as plumbers, insurance agents, and property managers-and identifying commercial/residential clients in need of emergency restoration services. This role often involves field work, networking, and educating partners on the restoration process to generate a steady stream of new jobs.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Referral Network and Development

Outside Sales and Networking

Marketing and Brand Awareness

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: 1-3 years in outside sales and business development preferably in restoration, construction, or home services.

Networking Skills

Hunter Mentality: self-starter with a proactive, energetic approach to relationship building and cold calling.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to explain technical damage to mitigation clients.
