Job Summary


We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Project Management Assistant to join our growing team. In this entry-level role, you will work directly in our office to support our Project Managers with daily administrative tasks and vital communications. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with strong computer basics.


Core Responsibilities

● Team Support: Assist Project Managers with daily administrative tasks to keep installation projects on schedule.

● Communication Hub: Answer incoming phone calls and respond to team, client, and vendor emails with professional etiquette.

● Data Entry: Keep client profiles, project statuses, and order details updated accurately within our systems.

● Organization: Maintain digital and physical files, project folders, and order tracking sheets.

● Task Tracking: Help follow up on vendor order statuses and delivery timelines for custom products.


Qualifications & Skills

● Experience Level: Entry-level; we are fully willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic.

● Computer Skills: General computer proficiency is required. Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook is a strong plus. Basic comprehension or exposure to QuickBooks is a plus but not required.
