Professionals in the field of Project Management with specialization in Information Technology (IT). Identify and manage cross-project dependencies and procure to have enough insight of the risk, issues, requirements, design, or solutions. Emphasizes in the coordination and prioritizing of resources across projects, managing links between the projects and the overall costs and risks of the program.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Understands project plans and can clearly articulate roles, project goals and timelines.
  • Responsible to enforce project deadlines and schedules.
  • Maintains project status up to date in project portfolio.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Planning, coordination, monitoring, communication, quality and budget management while providing status to stakeholders.
  • Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Five (5) or more years direct work experience in a project management capacity.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
  • Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum Methodology's
  • Maintain communication with the customer to stabilize operation.
  • Environment regarding any trouble shooting.
  • Coordinating multiple resources within and outside your department to support the goals of the division.
  • Effectively manage conflict, creating the right atmosphere that supports open communication and the search for solutions.
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.

  • Fully Bilingual: English and Spanish
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Capable to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

Environmental Conditions:
  • Requires the employee to work both inside the office and outside the office in coordinated meetings with clients. If requested, work on weekends for special program events.
