BA Global Talent is seeking for a self-motivated, friendly, and skilled Entry Level Screen Repair and Installation Technician to repair screen windows, doors, and porches on-site. With high possibilities to lead a screen porch team after 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting with repair, installation, and custom building of screen windows, screen doors, screen porches, and screen enclosures
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring 100% satisfaction
- Utilizing problem-solving skills to address on-the-job challenges
- Operating company-owned vehicles and using company tools and equipment
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Excellent customer service skills and experience
- Valid and current Driver’s License
- 2+ years of driving experience
- Driving record with minimal offenses
- Unassisted lifting of 50 lbs. or less
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience repairing window/door screens
- Porch/Deck repair and/or building experience
- 3+ years working in a customer service environment
- Previous experience in screen repair and fabrication, metal fabrication or welding, window washing, storm door installation, carpentry, outdoor exteriors experience (landscape, gutters, roofing, siding, window installation, door installation) are preferred
